Private sector leasing
If you have a property that is in good condition, you can lease it through to us for up to 3 years. We will directly manage the property as well as pay the rent directly to you at the end of the month. If you are a private landlord, you can rent your property through Homes for Haringey. We can let your property through our Private Sector Leasing scheme.

What we are looking for
All properties will need:
- a valid Gas Safe certificate
- a valid NICEIC Electrical safety certificate
- an Energy Performance Certificate
- all electrical appliances must be portable appliance (PAT) tested to be licensed, if required by the local licensing scheme
